Your sand blasting set up intrigues me. You have probably explained to us before but where is the all sand? By the way, the parts look great! I would love to clean stuff up with a small blaster like that. What is the model and specs on the blaster? And the sand you prefer?
I am cleaning some Chevy parts in the electrolysis tank. Coming out real nice but I think I toasted my new battery charger:(

Hey I may have some new blaster shots for you soon! I drug home another basket case cub today. Actually Blaster was the first thing I grabbed for. I will start a thread when I can post some pictures.
Hope things are good with you!

Chris

Chris, the blaster is a Campbell Hausfeld, and I got it from Fleet Farm, basically Fleet is a everything store, google it for better discription.
Anyway the sand is self contained. The sand is Black Diamond brand. When I use it on the concrete I sweep it up and use it over, the more one re-uses it the less it cuts.
The thing I like best about it is it's not to over powering that it will warp the sheet metal, but it takes off three coats of paint very easy.
I don't know the model number of it, thats long gone, the tag that is.
So, what is this new project you speak of? Or are we going to have to sit and wait?
Take care,

Chris, found it online. The blaster is a model AT 121002AJ it has a 60 lb. capacity. They don't have it online at Fleet Farm, but I went on Campbell's website and found it. I'm pretty sure there are others out there though.

Todd,
Thanks for the tips on the blaster. Would love to have a larger compressor and and sand blaster. I will put both on the list.

Chris

Finally had some time to do something on the 100. Got the valves ground and the block wire wheeled so I could get some color on it.
Baby steps, slow and easy:beerchug:

Nice work. Did you need to do any machining on the block? John

Todd,
Great looking work on the block!
It's going to look good in the frame of the 100.

Chris

Very nice, you do know the grass screen and pulley go on after the blower housing / shroud...
