My motto: You cant have too many projects 15% complete.... ;)

Parts are needed no matter what state the original project begins in. Usually a matter of what is on hand. Sit that one somewhere and before you know it another one will come along that matches up nicely and viola, you have everything needed for a project!

Wow, Randy, where did you pick that poor thing up at? I don't remember seeing it listed on C's List; inside source?

A set of wheel weights complete with (very well worn) tractor still attached! I've almost done that a couple times.

Tell you a little secret, I bought it early this summer and just got around to posting about it. I have been recovering from a knee replacement and am bored to tears!!!

I picked it up north of KC, it wasn't on C-list very long.

So it must have been near me then, huh. There have been a couple that "flashed" on CL. One was a 1512 with low hours, ran, and even had air in the tires, $350 - was listed for about 2-hours on a Sunday afternoon. Another was a 146, no wheels, laying on its belly in the mud, armstrong lift. The listing didn't say what it was but the photos were good. Took my mind about two hours to register that it had a notch in the frame and a stick: 146! Gone before I could call on it.

Hope you recover soon; my mom had her knees replaced some years ago and all she will say is that she wished she'd done it much sooner.

Good luck with the 100!

I live down in Harrisonville, not sure where you live but I do remember it was north of kc somewhere.
