All great reasons. As I always say, your tractor build it to suit yourself. I think you are doing a great job on it. It will almost be too nice to use!!!!! If you have never had a loader on a cub once you start using it you will wonder how you ever got along without it. We use ours every time we need to lift or move something. They are a great tool. Keep up the good work.
