I managed to finish the deck today. I just have to put the casters and wheels back on and sharpen the blades.

I got the pto off the 124's engine, also pulled bearing, collar and flywheel pulley:bigeyes:. As you can see the pulley is pretty toasted, will be sourcing a new one:Sad: But it's nice to get all that stuff off finally!

Also took the thrower and front end off the 71 to fix loose flywheel pulley, and Lew was right:bigeyes:. The crankshaft key was toast, so I'm in the middle of replacing that and threadlock the set screws, have to get ready for the snow, calling for 8-12" here tomorrow night into monday morn:biggrin2:

I noticed that your S/G bracket mounting on the 124 is in a different hole,should be mounted to the one above it.That is defiantly not the same motor that it came with when new.Does that motor have a deep sump oil pan?

just bought another Haban Sickle bar. this ones a Haban 402E instead of the 402D. complete. gonna mount it to the 102.....or buy a wideframe. :beerchug: i want a 149 i decided today. haha

Today I got the lights on the 1650 going :ThumbsUp: just need to get a new switch.

And, I got looking at the drive shaft to see that it has been rubbing a support brace on the frame...:bash2:
