Nothing wrong with that if it gets the job done. :beerchug:

Pulled the rear rend out of my 1250 to swap the charge pump. Of course made a huge mess and my shed is in shambles with parts from the tractor. But I'll enjoy it when it's done though, so I guess the reward is worth the messy work.

Good time to clean up everything good! Then you can tell a little easier if you have any fluid leaks :biggrin2: I never thought it could be done with the fender pan still on the tractor, hope its easier during the assembly :beer2:

Picked up this Trac Vac 450 on Craigslist. It great shape with two nice hoses. Haven't got it mounted to the deck yet. It's good on a pile of leaves. Another nice toy for the hobby.

I pulled out the rear end, cleaned it up, put it back in, pulled it back out three days later and swapped the hydro cam plate and springs on the ol' 1250. Now it has no creep and got my hydraulic lift finished and working. Also sealed up the leaky rear cover plate and put the plow on so all I have to do is put the weights back on and I'm ready for winter! (sleeve hitch isn't on now, I just anted to see if it would work with the plow: it doesn't.)

johncub- It isn't too bad to pull the rear out with the fenders still on. Only reason i didn't is because the foot plate screws are rusted in and stripped so I try not to pull it off. It makes reassembly a little tedious, but not bad.
