It really wasn't bad. I had to heat up the shaft to knock the pin out as Matt mentioned, but that went smoothly. I really should have replaced the hub while I was in there but now that I know what to expect, I could replace that hub in 30 minutes.

mine must still have the original fan in/on it, it is steel.
call me old fashion but i will take iron over plastic any day and that is why i have a NF 125 :Kohler1:
