I used some of it last winter and it appears to be a close match and the paint has some body to it.

Eric and I repainted the 451 snow blower with school bus yellow. It is close to the new model yellow but it is a little different shade.

I painted this 2072 with the majik stuff. school bus yellow and IH white. I used more hardener than they recommend and thinned it out a bit more and it turned out real well.. I painted my case 448 with it too and it's been well abused since then, dragging trees out of the woods and the paint doesn't show any wear.

Good to hear you got it painted. A shade off don't matter, just as long as your staying ahead of the rust! Pretty hard to do up here. Keep up the good work guy's!

Nice look'n paint job SumBum! The extra hardner really helps the durability & shine!

I've been useing the Majic in rattle cans and it's not very durable and does'nt hide well either. It's OK for touching up workers I guess. I'm going to look into some heavy equiptment paint.

I used the school bus yellow on a 451 snow blower with double the recommended hardner and an HPLV gun. The finish is much better than the original paint. It is difficult to tell any shade difference if you match it with original paint that is not faded. The original mtd cc paint was crap, faded and falling off in chunks.

Just putting my two cents in. I bought Majik spray paint at Tractor Supply to paint some Cub Cadet wheels. I don't care for it at all but I'll use up what I bought. It is very thin and requires many paper thin coats to keep it from running. It took forever to dry and my shop is a comfortable 68 degrees around the clock. It's cheap though, about $5 a can. I wish Krylon or Rustoleum offered the correct colors. I may use Krylon school bus yellow for overall jobs but haven't come across a close-match white yet.
