DWayne has us beat with smoker using less fuel then us gas guys. I going around my hood and get seat time and have them top off my gas tank, Once you start hauling the cost would go up.:TwoCents:

I love tilling but it's hard on a tractor and bad for the soil.

I tiller and plow gardens for hire mainly because I like to do it. $35.00 - $50.00 . 4H project gardens FREE. Usualy get more produce given to me than I can eat . :beerchug:

I tilled mine last night along with trying to break new ground for the wife....Old turned ground was a breeze but the grass and virgin dirt was a PITA....Made me rethink hiring out esp if the ground has not been turned before....

But that tiller behind the 1650 worked like a gem.....turned clumps into powder....
My PTO would shut off when doing virgin soil after a while due to getting hot but all in all it ran like a top....Belts still all intact too!
