The 123 is a great tractor and it will become a favorite of yours. The hydraulic lift works off of the rear pulley on the back part of the engine and driveline. They are kind of pricey, but well worth the money--make sure that you get the rockshaft with it when you buy it, as the rockshafts tend to be more difficult to come by than the hydraulic units themselves. Glad you landed into such a great deal! Here is a pic of my 123 with the hydraulic unit on the side. Now, lets see some pics of those attachments...

I looked it over pretty good for a couple hours today, its quite a solid piece of equipment. I was surprised to see such massive castings on the front and rear axles. I like that, makes me think its going to be re-buildable long into the future.

The seat needs to be redone.
