To go here here
http://www.onlycubcadets.net/forum/s...ead.php?t=5607 I promised my wife once I got my 122 running I would clean the garage so we could start parking the van back in the garage. Well 122 is running just fine so I had to bite the bullet and clean the garage. :bash: Not only was I able to park the van in the garage again it gave me a chance to find most of my tools I'd lost in the move but provided me with more room to work on my cub. I guess this plow day thing is a "good" thing after all. |
Plow Day is worth it, Duke!

Today I worked on the dash tower on my 126. Someone had welded a new mount on for the clutch release arm and the way it was mounted the arm was too far forward at the top. I need to come up with a better way to mount it. Here's the bracket I cut off that was welded to the dash tower.
http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...det/clutch.jpg Here's the dash tower. The battery box had been cut off and tack welded back on. I grabbed hold of it and it came right off. http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...adet/dash2.jpg Here's a few before and after pics of the frame repair. Someone started to put a 14 Hp in it and the next guy "tried" to fix it but failed miserably. http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...det/126005.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...det/126004.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...adet/frame.jpg Another pic of my engine stand. I can pull out a pin and rotate the engine 360* and lock it every 90*. http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...nginestand.jpg Does anyone know what the 1/4" wide slots are for in the dash and tunnel? I assume they are used on the hydro tractors. http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...Cadet/dash.jpg |

Those slotted holes are for the fan guard and hydro lever shaft.

Awesome job, Adam! :beerchug:

Today, I got my tiller and put it on. I still need to get a NF belt because it came with a WF belt (if anyone needs a like-new WF belt make me an offer.)
