Got mine out to wash it and my boy decided his needed done to. Took a quick picture before they got a bath but didn't have time to get a picture of them all cleaned up before it started to rain.

Haban Lift Rod

Made another lift rod for my 1872 with the Haban blade. Used 3/4" rod, squished the ends a little and drilled it. Pretty cheap and easy. I made another one but already trashed it. To be fair, I knew it had a weak spot and I was jumping up and down on the blade at the time. Not the strongest setup I have ever seen. :)

I probably will come up with something a little heavier later one, but works for now moving that thing around. It is heavy!

Today I got the hydraulic pump back on my 105, put the blade on, and graded the drive way.

I got my 122 fired up today! I've still got to get the front grill and loader back on and try and remember how the throttle cable hooks to the carb. But other then that I'll be back getting seat time and getting ready for the NC plow day!

Aye great pics being posted!

A very good feeling been a long time coming. Finally have some time to work on it and it's not to hot to work on it.

Don't you just love the rear blade ? I really enjoy grading with mine.

Raboley, Makes sure you get one of the braces Cub sells that links the outside forward lift arm to the mower deck lift arm for support. Part# HA-14297. If you break that rock shaft with that heavy Haban blade like I did last winter it will ruin more than just your day! When plowing snow take 2 of the 4 springs off it or the blade won't flip when you need it to. Lessons learned the hard way.

Anyway Just used my 1872 for the 1st time since last winter. Took it apart to fix the rock shaft and got carried away with a total refurbish. Just got it all back together and mowed this afternoon.
