I just run accross this thread......Totally Awesome......Great Work......Great Read!

Man I read the whole thread expecting for a climax in the way of a video at the end, of blowing snow shooting into the sky, and... and.....and..........nada...

Hopefully wont have to wait till next winter. What an awesome build! Very inspirational, wished I had the talent demonstrated here.

very nice

You, sir, are an excellent fabricator. I cant wait until my garage is equipped to do a project like this. If I were you I would broaden my business into 1 off garden tractors. There are people that pay for decoration mini tractors, why wouldn't they pay for something that actually does work? With that said, I just read 14 pages of a thread and you are oh so close to finishing. Cant wait to see a video!

Love your tractor, great craftsmanship, totally functional....awesome!

I too would love to see the finished project throwing some snow!

I just want to know if he as resolved the cooling system issue. His homebrew radiator and cooling fan is not an easy one to take care off...

If his design fails, we may never see this project finally done...

Anyway this is a thread about a snow cab, the diesel engine or snowblowing thing was not the main subject... He did the cab.....Job done!...Crap:Sad:

Just wondering how this project ended? i wondered if the Kubota delivered enough horsepower to run thru drifts 1-2-3 feet deep? Does the cab stay nice and toasty inside? How is the gear train holding up? I am new to the Cub Cadet thing - just got a 147 with a bad engine and just happened to to have the exact engine you installed in yours in my possession. Everything you did in your install was exactly what i had imagined in making my cub come alive with diesel power except time made me go another way with a different Kohler gas engine. Very impressed with your project!! Do you still have it? Any chance you made a u-tube video? I am sure many people would like to see how it runs and throws snow!!!
