I grew up on a farm, then spent 12 years in retail management and got burned out. Was going to get involved back into the agriculture field but I fell into a job with what I had loved my entire life, working in the aerospace field. I am a composite technician for a small aerospace company; 23 people, and we do work for NASA, Boeing, Gulfsteam, the military, and right now heavily involved with prototype work and aluminum molding for the A5 sport airplane by ICON Aircraft ( which everyone should check out ) www.iconaircraft.com.

I am a stagehand at the Metropolitan Opera House in NYC. I have worked back stage or on set since high school. I even studied it in college for a couple years. I have worked in various shops building scenery and maintaining lighting and rigging equipment. I have also worked on Broadway shows, Rock shows, and just about every other form of entertainment from the smallest theatres to a few concerts in Yankee stadium. I also worked as a grip on feature films, television, and commercials in studios and on location all over NY and NJ for about 5 years in the late 90s. I have been a union member since 1990.
