I think if you've got the weight, you shouldn't have much of a problem pulling it with the torque that diesel will put out as long as the ground is in good shape. Can't wait to see pics.

Yer plow looks cooool, I can't wait to see what ya do with it. I quit posting on here for a while, cause some people thought my ideas were strange. Then some guys came by my house with a funny looking racing jacket. I had a heck of a time gettin' away and back into the Oarks, but I am back and fabricating again. Cadet Farmer |

I never said it wouldn't work. I was trying to do the opposite.....tell someone what weight and power you may need. The one plow that the seller claims it was factory was modified by someone other than Brinly.
Feel free to PM me if you want any help-bounce suggestions off of. I've learned a few things considering I have 40 plus years plowing with Cubs. There is a plow day October 15 that is North of Findlay, Ohio that would be a good place to try your set up out. I will be happy to help you dial the set up in. |

Ahhhh, nice set up. So you modified an A frame to accept two sleeve hitch plows and shortened the plow on the right. Would like to see some up close pics of the plow shortening mod and the A frame.
Nice job.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
