Default Spring greetings from Finland

Hi,

I have been using my 1450 only for snow removal whole winter. But now spring is coming and I spent yesterday building this:

It is Peco vac blower I bought from member mmzullo . I installed it onto my cart yesterday and fitted pipes for it. And yes first test run was ok Just have to make better walls from thin plastic sheet and paint peco vac unit and it will be perfect. Then today I made a place for our new garden.

Work required these:

Blade was used for this and also for snow removal whole last winter. I also bought blade from this forum but I do not recall member name just now. And please note my WTB ad for Plow and tiller I need those for this garden project. And IH rake/rear blade would not hurt either so if you have any of these and are willing to ship to florida pls contact me. And here is also my DIY sickle waiting for new work.

Tero

Can you post some more pics of your Sickle mower maybe in the home made section? I'd like to build one for myself.

Sweet looking Cub

Thanks
Sam Mac

Now Peco Vac is finished:

And also garden:

I needed a plow for garden so I hastily made one in few hours. I used old plow from big tractor as a part donor. I will post pics of it later...

Great Pictures and the 1450 looks awesome. I need a yard vac myself as I have lots of leaves.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
