.....AND later you made last minute changes to your build to take care of some design "flaws" like all engineer or "Creative mind" do! After it's all done like Gene Simmons you can say "And that's why it's good to be... ME" and give a big thump up to those who help you finding a solution to those flaws even if you have not asking for them, sometime inspiration from others suggestions is all it need...

I also like what I'm seeing. You did a very clean job with the hydraulics. Looking forward to the finish. Keep up the good work.

I found out I had made the steering cylinder mount to low, and had wrongly mounted the cylinder end on the bottom of the Pittman arm. Seamed to work just fine without the tire on though. . Got the mount reworked and put back on, plenty of clearance for left AND right turns now. Picked up a new battery and started the wiring. Also mounted the hitch out back.

"Shake down test"
Moved under its own power today. Looking for problems, things to change, (found some of both, faulty hose end leak type stuff), but drove around the lot and back to the garage. I'll call it a half time lead, start the second half and hope for a win. [ Which is ironic because I don't watch sports of any kind!]

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
