PTO isn't slipping when you load the pump is it? Try to lift the loader and watch the pump shaft. Does it stop spinning? Does this tractor still have a PTO on it? Or has it been removed and replaced with a pulley?

Like John said, pics do help a lot. More please!

Yes the pto is still on. I read another guy had the same problem and he said the OUT on the pump should go to the IN on the lever. And the OUT on the lever goes to the cylinders. And the other port on the lever goes to the IN on the pump. Mine right now is in to in and out to out. So I'm ganna try that when I get home

you have it plumbed WRONG!! "OUT" on pump goes to "IN" on control valve. "OUT" on control valve goes to hydraulic oil tank and from tank to "IN" on pump. the other ports on valve go to the hydraulic cylinders

I believe you guys have it figured out, out on one thing goes to the in on the next thing.

Kinda like extension cords, you don't put two like ends together.

I hope it works as intended when the plumbing is fixed. And I hope you post some video of that loader in motion!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
