This weekend my dad and I went to a car/other swap meet and both got things. He got early ford parts, I got cub parts. I think that I purchased all parts except for a rough narrowframe hood. When I purchased a pair of decent wheels and rims to use as a spare or a dually, the seller asked if I had a cub. Of course I said yes! So he asked if I wanted some more wheel/rims for free, and I said sure. We looked in the back of his truck and he said he had these dually wheels that had concrete in the tires, so I said I'd take em and come later. When I came back a little later to get them out of his truck and roll them to my dad's truck, when dropping them out of his truck the two rims separated because they were stuck together with a steel pipe stuck between them. After getting one to the truck(very exhausting to roll the heavy thing) I met my dad there and showed him my extra suprise, he thought I was crazy to get it. We lifted it into the truck, it has to weigh at least 80 - 120 lbs! Finally got them all in for a price of 6 bucks!
Later my dad pointed out some cub parts, I thought he was joking because I didn't see it from where I was standing. They were narrowframe fenders and seat mount. I got the set for 25 bucks, I needed the left fender because the one on my 125 is cracked in lots of places.

When home, i removed the pipe from the tires, oh I frogot two wheels were weighted, and started whacking the tires to break the concrete. When I hit it it made a dent, then I turned the tire, and hit it again, the previous dend dissapeared! So I unscrewed the plug that was put in the air stem hole was and discovered that there was sand not concrete! The tired are dry but I could use them in the winter for weight possibly I cut off one tire that was slashed/bad to check out the rim.

There's never any good swap meets in my area, I wish there was cause I got tons of junk I can't bring myself to scrap.

I weighed a tire this afternoon and it weighed 147 lbs! What would liquid filled ones weigh on average?

Put the sand filled tires on my 149, put on the chains, and the fmc wheel weights. (each tire probably weighs 200+lbs now!) Here is a useful tip, DO NOT USE SAND FILLED TIRES WITH CHAINS, it shakes alot. May be useful in winter tho.
