Video of the aftermath of several days of heavy rain
Took a cruise today after having some heavy rain on and off for several days around here. Once you get a few seconds into the video just after you cross the bridge, that should all be corn/bean fields, not water. Hasn't been this bad around here in quite a few years. Even had one road by my job closed off due to water on road which I have never seen.
Also, just for reference, the creek that goes under that bridge is usually pretty low so the fact that there is that much standing water says quite a bit. https://youtu.be/UACtTWFgk2c

Looks pretty bad.
Flat as a pancake out there. I like mountains especially when there are 2 of them....

We are getting plenty to go around! Infact, last week my father-in-law asked if we wanted to go out on the boat after work, I checked the radar just after leaving the house on our way to the lake and seen a nasty storm on its way in. Luckily we had to stop by the store on the way and as we arrived to boat launch my inlaws were on their way out of water and my wife jumped out of truck to tie boat to trailer, I looked up and seen nasty wind and rain coming and I yelled at her to get back in the truck. Just as the door shut the wind flipped the boat and trailer and blew it across the parking lot!Resized952017071295183009.jpg

20170712_185619.jpg There was no mention of a tornado but I swear thats what happened! We were lucky as hell! As soon as it hit it was over, there was another boat- a row boat that did not make it in in time but were far enough away that it completely missed them!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
