Default IH 169 Dash/ with plate and serial# tag

Hi ,

I really enjoy communicating with everyone here! Knowledgeable and Friendly folks....

Now that I have kinda figured out how to work this to show ya's stuff I was thinking about this IH 169 dash/ with plate and serial number tag.

I have read over time here that there weren't many of these machines made...
If this is.. or has any value to anyone contact me (Troy) at trdanes@gmail.com and we can figure out how to ship it..

I have much stuff (thrown out alot!) and making room before snow flies..

If you are trying to sell these parts, you need to list them in the For Sale section.

Make sure to follow the Ad Policies, which you are not doing in this post.

In my personal opinion, it should be illegal to sell a serial tag for a tractor, just like it is illegal to sell a serial tag for a car.

Oh ok.. Sorry..

New to this internet site...
Just was offering it if someone needed this kinda thing...
Wasnt intention to SELL it.. All I mentioned was to figure out shipping..

In any event I wont offer anything further..
And as mentioned better off to dispose of that stuff ...save some grief.
So if thats illegal.. well I will destroy them tonight.

Once again I'm sorry if I offended or disrupted anyone.

Sincerely,
Troy

You didn't offend or disrupt. I just wanted to direct you to the proper place to sell them. If you don't want money for them, state it in your ad that they are free, but it still needs to go in the proper section. Also, I didn't say it was illegal. I said I think it should be illegal..... but as of this time, it is not. Tractors sales are not tracked by the government. Odd, as ATV's are. You are welcome to give the parts away, or destroy them as you see fit.

I'd want some more pic's of that dash.
Probably all busted up on the front corners like most of them.

Same as others anyway, nothing special about them other than the decal that one would more than likely replace after a repaint.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
