Those are too nice, I'd be afraid to put a scratch on them. Mine are just out of the box shooters. Well I do kind of baby the 44mag. I've had it for at least 20 years and only pulled the trigger on it about 75 times.

the 1911 is easily my favorite platform. heres a pic of my carry gun, its a taurus 1911 in 45acp. despite the bad press about taurus ive never had a bad experience with there firearms, my 1911 is plenty accurate and has functioned perfect for the last 15,000 rounds.

We'll start with butt ugly. A friend needed money and I got this from him to help him out. When I got this single shot Walther .22 LR, it had a 3/4" tube scope on it and wouldn't keep the shots in a paper plate at 25 yards. I noticed the crown was a bit buggered so I took it down to my local gunshop and had my friend John look at it. He had a hand crowner but the pilot was too big. I made a smaller pilot for him and he cleaned up the crown.

What a difference a concentric chamfer made. It now holds dime size groups with standard velocity ammo at 25 yards. I put a 10X steel tube Weaver scope on it and it shoots great

I love all you guys'es hand guns but I can't shoot them worth a darn ()

But my first love is black power and flintlocks. Sorry I don't have a pic right now without a deer in it so I will have to post later.

My Dad and I reload every center fire we own (222 to 7MM T&R mag).

But the funnest to shoot and what my GrandFather shot in competition is this 219 Donaldson.

Even hit a coyote at around 600yrds! Didn't kill it..... but made him dance and holler! Only paid $60 for the gun, and I bought it just to shoot at birds in the shop with. After I found out it was so accurate, never ran bird shot through it again!

On the other hand, had an old H&R 22LR revolver. It was the most inaccurate gun I ever owned. At 20 feet you had to aim 4" below whatever you were shooting at to hit it. Fixed sights. Never did find the distance at which it was accurate. I kept it hidden in my desk here at the shop. Recently, it was stolen. Only thing that came up missing. It might have been worth $75.
22 LR is just a tad light for yotes, but you put the fear of J-Mech in him
I also think that H&R revolver was a long, not long rifle. I have a H&R 22 long pistol with fixed sights and can't hit the broad side of a barn from the inside with it.

I want to apologize. I hit the 6 instead of the 3 (number pad) and didn't catch it. Still an impressive shot, I agree. But I'm not sure that I could do it again. I will add, I was uphill from him, and I aimed quite a bit above him. It penetrated I'm sure, but couldn't reload before he ran away.

My H&R Trapper is .22 'Long'... not 'Long Rifle'... I wouldnt call it ACCURATE by no means but it has taken alot of gophers.
It was from the late 70's early 80's. H&R model 649 with a 7.5" barrel. Yes, I'm sure it was a LR, not just a long. You could get a .22 mag roller for it too.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
