Thanks guys!

He look like a beat up Irish fighter John! Not sure he can recover even if I empty a set of Oxy/fuel to heat it! I see what I can do.

Now let me show you a piece of art, talk about a creative mind! The kind of job who make the K.I.S.S principle to a shame! I hang this one on my garage wall to inspire myself when I feel lazy... Lucky he didn't use duck tape!

Disclaimer! This is a Darwin award piece of art, you may get a heart stroke looking at this, you have been warned!

Thanks guys!

Next on my list is a tranny oil change, I will remove both axles and axles carrier.
One question: Do I have to drill hole on both side of the aluminum housing like we do on cast iron one to help bleeding the carrier? I guest I figure this out when I remove those carriers and get my boots heavily lube...

Found another little "Gremlins"...Someone broke or lost the streering arm bolt and "Try" to fix it

yes if youre taking the axle carriers out I would drill the case so they drain.

Thank you save me a pair of boots!

Now I can't do the tranny oil change because the F#&%@ steering column leak! I remove the center cover and everything was dirty! He took me almost a hour to remove all the crap in there with engine cleaner and pressure washer, they never take care of that leak they just add oil! I have only 2 week left before the snow hit the ground here and a plow to repair, I got no spare time left with 4 jobs already waiting on my plate...

Got no choice... Get a seal kit to rebuilt it and rush like a fricking chicken who got his head cut off or found another column.

PS: Can someone help me finding a seal kit for a fare price? Cub cadet ask $115! I think asking this amount of money for rubber seal is totally insane. I can't remember where I read about someone using a JD 430 kit..

Nop! I found it..... Steiner Seal kit Part# 21-SK000011 ($53.53) and the spring kit Part# 21-401433X1

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
