Default 1864 Electrical Help

I got the voltage module from a late 1864. This is the newer style black plastic one with three wires. I am going to replace the old round metal one on my 1541 when I rewire. The plug contacts were pretty corroded so I took the thing apart for cleaning. No problem, I can find the correct placement on the wiring diagram. Well the diagram uses the old round type, not the new three wire type. So I need to know the position of the three wires in the plug. Red/White, Grey and Green. Thanks in advance.

Why not just get the correct part?

I do have the correct part, both versions of it. I want to use the version with the plastic case. The case itself does not have to be grounded like the metal version.

I think I needed to add more information. So I need to know where the wires go in relation to the contacts. Red/white, Grey and Green. This was used on the late 1864, 1863, 1641, 2284 and some of the 3000 series.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
