Kinda sux you found another 126 after parting with the panel.... I cant count how many that sort of thing has happened to me. LOL... but hey... Thanks

I cut some rubber strips to add onto the blower auger paddles earlier, glued them in place with contact cement, then realized I didnt have any rivets large enough to secure them so.... went to the city for some 3/16 x 5/8 rivets, got out of there before rush hour but I think it might be whiskey time now so the blower can wait another day. Inside of the shute did get a second coat of paint so that was a little progress. Lol

No worries. Im sure i will find another one at somepoint. Just happy to have 126 finally. Ironically it has a snowblower as well. Luckily it has a weight box and wheel weights as well.

I had the 126 out today, didnt try blowing snow cause its been warm and the snow is hard now. Rubber strips are rivited to the auger and the shute is painted, greased.... works like a dam.

Didnt seem to have Alot of brakes so need some adjustments there. Needs alot of cleanup yet but its a fully functioning unit now

Almost time to think about the garden and I'll be using the 126/tiller this spring, as long as it works as well as the rest of the tractor I'll be quite happy. I haven't used the snowblower with it much but it does work very well after adding the rubber strips to the auger, and the tractor has been easy to start all winter while parked outside in the sales lot.... I dont want to sell it but I like to have 3 or 4 tractors out there just to attract attention, one guy offered $1000 but I turned that down... my "I don't want to sell it" price is $1400cad

I'll put ag tires and cast wheel weights on it for garden duty, pull the blower off and get a belt for the tiller, should be all it needs I think. While its in the shop I'll get the headlights installed also.

Lookin at the weather outside today.... I got plenty of time.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
