Looks like LPs pic is the trip version and OPs pick is non trip version?
 Seems you can take the bolt out of the a frame deal and make a trip version as the hinge is on the bottom but you'd have to fab the provisions in for the springs.

A trip version of a plow blade will pivot when it hits an obstacle, and has springs to pull it back into position once the obstacle clears or you back (or bounce) off of it. A non- trip version will not pivot when contacting an obstacle; better for dozing and landscaping work. The IH blades mostly do both functions because they have a locking pin and clip at the top that you can engage or disengage, depending on the work you are doing.

Looks like it will get the job done, but if it were mine I would be putting a set of Extreme's rear braces on it. Otherwise you are asking for trouble with the shock forces working on the rear end. I built a blade that mounted the same way when we were first married and mounted it on a 70/100 that I had and it did not work bad but without any weight from the blade and frame on the front wheels it would slide the front end when the blade was angled.
