The gentleman I bought from got it from somebody else. He didn't know what it was for.

I just pulled the plate off. It is home made. No idea what it was used for.

Looks like maybe the foot rest was altered/profiled out to fit around something that went down and under ??

Looks like the PO also drilled holes in the deck stop to lock the height. I see 3 holes in the frame and a hole in the cam.
