Default Another guy from chilly NY

Hello all. I’m a diesel service tech working out of a service truck for the most part. I started out buying a 122 with intentions of turning it into a puller for my kids. It was in such nice shape I couldn’t do it. Now I’m planning a restoration and adding as many options that were available for it as I go. In the process I’ve purchased a few other narrow frames for parts. I have a new old stock hydraulic pump set up for it, a sleeve hitch, spring assist, and creeper. Hoping to find information and advice here. Thanks in advance to everyone

Thank you. This is going to be a slow build so I’ll post pics when I can. And I figure out how to. If the one I tried to attach worked what would have been the purpose of this bar?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
