Charles, your car is AWESOME, I'm just a chevy guy now. I remember buying a new 1988 GT Mustang for my first wife. That car was super fast in its day putting out a whopping 225 HP. Both have moved on to new owners now. You are correct, these cars today are crazy on what they can do. I wish I had the money to get me a hotrod but I think I stick to this hobby. Keep us posted on the first Hellcat you slay...and maybe even a ZL1.

Oak I had a new 88 Gt too. I loved it, all black. One day some dirt bag in a hurry tried to cut a light by going through a gas station as my wife was pulling in and broad sided her. She was hurt pretty bad. One of my best car stories was with this car. Disclaimer: for the PC world we live in today. Not trying to be racist just telling the story the way it happened. I was going down a two lane road when a Honda with a fart pipe came up on my tail trying like hell to get by me. I let them by and there was eight Latinos in the car widows down, music screaming. I got in front of them again. As we pulled up to a red light they whipped out and up next to me. This was not my first rodeo so I looked in my mirror before torching them at the light. Behind me set a state trooper. I started revving the motor loudly and smiling at them. They were hanging out of the car and yelling and revving. The light turned green and they took off squealing and spinning as I sat there and pulled out like my grandma. The trooper threw on the lights an pulled them over as I slowly went by. My kids love to hear me tell this one.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
