They don't grow on trees. I've been casually looking for one for a couple years and missed out on one on Epay fairly close a year or so ago. They are super hard to find. I agree with Ryan, snag it and worry about what to do with it later. Looks to be in good shape.

Question. Do the later Non IH tractors that this is used on etc use a CW PTO or was this a CCW attachment?

This was meant for the super garden tractors with the 2000rpm PTO.

If that were only closer, I would love to have that for my 2182 that has a Pto and 3-point. This is the first one I have seen. Is it definatly for the Super GT 2000 rpm Pto?

Yep, SGT 2000 RPM mower. Would look great behind your 2182, or my 1572 or 1772.

All the rear PTO's on Cub Cadets were counter-clockwise. The old gear drives and the newer 2K RPM ones.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
