Default anyone have one of the xtreme motorworks receiver hitches

I am thinking about making one myself. It would be nice to have as I could make a lot of accessories to hook onto it. Shouldn't be too hard as I have the stock hitch to make a template of the bottom holes with and then just measure for the upper holes. I believe I have scrap steel that would work for the back plate and id only be out the $6.99 for the reciever tube part and some welding wire.

It's not the steel one but a home made one that works I'm sure just as good not as pretty. It uses the stock draw bar as a bottom this is on my 123

I used to just put a ball on as well but started to get to he a hassle between the different things I pull always taking off and putting on the ball. Now I just slide the hitch in with the piece I need and I'm good to go. Also I can flip a drop hitch upside down and have the car trailer sit level its also how I plan to make my salt spreader/gras seed spreader attach to the rear and I'm sure ill make more.stuff as I go.along

Id like to be able to throw one of these on the back and toss a sack of concrete on it for extra plowing weight in the winter

Wheel weights are much easier on the bearings and axles. That way you have rolling weight exactly where you want it with no added strain on the drivetrain.

I plan to fluid fill my tires when I get to that point during my refresh on the tractor. Wheel weights are pricey and seem to be tough to come by. This would only be on there if needed for that. Otherwise there would be no weight. but I see your point.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
