I will 100% give you that, that's kinda shady. I have a cub guy locally who is kinda like that. High prices even for good equipment. He's even told me once that he has switched hour meters to a lower hour machines meter to get a few more dollars from a sale.

I'm no angel I've done the title hop thing a time or two. But I always try and be as accurate as possible when I sell something. If I've owned it for only a few days I let them know.. majority of the title hop I've done is when I buy something and immediately get a offer on it...
Sometimes it's the way the die rolls. But I do not agree one bit about making up a story to sell it

That's exactly the point I was trying to make. I'm over it. The sooner he sells it (and makes more money on it, whatever) the sooner it goes to someone who might appreciate it.

Selling on an open title in my state is highly illegal.. If you want to prevent it next time the correct way to do it is fill in all the blanks and have it notarized. In other words fill in and sign both the buyer and the seller info.. that way he is forced to have it transferred into his name before selling it to someone else..

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
