I got a loader!!!
Well just got home a little while ago with this johnson workhorse model 10. Not sure which tractor it's going on yet, but I have time to think about it. Options are 1650, 149, or 1872. It was on a big bolens. Had 26X12X12 rear tires stock. What to do, what to do??? Opinions?

1872 does seem like the best option. Once I put the cat 0 3 point on it, I'll get a 4' box blade, and I'll have a SWEEEEEEEEET tractor!!

For someone fresh out of kidney replacement surgery you sure get around. nice find on the loader, I'd go with the tractor with power steering if it were me.

Can't pick when the deals come up. My wife is pretty awesome and has been driving me around. But....it all ends tomorrow as she is going back to work and I still am not supposed to drive for another 3 weeks or so. I have too much time on my hands!!! I miss work. I know that's weird, but really I do.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
