Default How a rear sleeve hitch works with hydraulic lift?

Could someone be so kind to explain how adding a sleeve hitch works on my 1650. It has hydraulic mower lift so does sleeve hitch hook to that some how? Thanks and pics would be really helpful😁 not really understanding the whole sleeve hitch set up. Thanks

Sleeve hitch works off the same lift cylinder as the mower deck. So does the front lift for a blade or snowthrower. They all use the same system. So, you can only have one implement on the tractor at once. They all 3 lift and lower at the same time. Pretty simple set up.

Pull your tunnel cover off and you will see where it hooks to. # 3 runs inside the right hand side of the frame.
A piece of solid rod goes in the rearward facing hole in #2. That’s what does the lifting is the rod in number 2

odel33 answered correctly. If it makes more sense to say it attaches to a cylinder, then sure. In a round about way it is.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
