the issue seems to be that all the manuals i find show a big hole in the seed plates were the hole in mine are only about an 1 1/8 and the plate part numbers shown in the manual all start with OR were mine starts with Y.

from what i could find the last one that sold on ebay went for about that much with one seed plate and i have 5. its cool but im having a real hard time not listing it, the extra money sure would be nice for Christmas.

Looks like a KK 100. This was apparently the first planter Brinly sold. It was more than likely made by Cole. Good luck on finding plates! The KK 200 and the 300 series uses a different plate. The 200 - 300 series uses the OR series Cole plates and the TPC series Covington plates which are about 6 3/4 inches outside diameter and have a larger inside diameter. Cole still have a limited selection of OR plates available. I picked up a KK 200 last spring and used it to plant my garden. They take a little tinkering to get get everything right, but are head and shoulders above the current push type modified for a tractor. The plates may show up on ebay every now and then.
