Meanwhile 3hrs east and 60 miles south, I was cutting the grass AGAIN yesterday!

Had to pull up a map so see where you are. Did not realize how far west you are. Literally in the foothills it appears. Did you go get your bread and milk? After all, it IS Sat. so there will already be the big run on the grocery store.

Sun is shining here, 30 deg. Got the heat on in the shop. Got a "project" in there that has depleted my Cadet funds. Supposed to see a little rain with maybe a trace of frozen stuff. Its so sunny right now you need shades!

Sam, I just got off the 2064 for the first time this year. I had to mulch up all the leaves that blew into the yard a few weeks ago. 50° and sunny here.

Sam has a secret he’s not telling you guys. Due to his hatred of the white stuff, long ago in his quarry days, he asked for and was handed down the family recipe for making a special asphalt that won’t let snow stick to it and had it transported from CT to VA.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
