Thanks for the comments!!
Yea, the 584 has been earning its keep,,, it got new fuel filters right before the storm, and is running great.
Both of my daughters live within 584 driving distance, so total, I have close to a 1/2 mile of snow to plow,,

Having the grandbabies near is a real treat,, also.
This summer will be an adventure,,, gardening for 3 families,,,

Those youngens won't have any interest in the gardening,, but,, they love the produce.

I guess it is just part of being "Pop Pop",,,

put them Gr Baby's in the garden planting seeds.
you can never "plant" the seed too soon so to speak.
When you and me are long gone, they will remember gardening with Gr pa.
------Give them a row or a few plants to call their own, and when come harvest, they will be proud to say them is my plants we harvested, yummy!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
