Boy I'd hate to be that driver when he gets "the talk" from Jonathan . I think his avatar is going to turn real shortly.
I used to be a supervisor in a shipping/receiving department a long time ago. We delivered product all over the east coast, from NY all the way down to FL. One of the drivers pulled up to a gas pump in VA and happily filled his diesel Sprinter van with gasoline, then proceeded to drive down the road. He didn't get very far. His excuse? He was in a hurry to get back for his daughter's school play. He never drove for the company again. |

Maybe give the drivers the bell tele stories you wreck a truck ,your done my sis worked there and said a 28 year driver and was very careful driving the truck ( if you see them on the roads they drive 5 mph slower ) but one early morning out rural he turns on a side road that was crowned a lot and there was black ice . He slid off into a guys brick and motor mail box that was really built solid . The tele company was cutting jobs big time ,he needed another year to retire at close to his salary, but was fired, no retirement. |

I'll post the long story tomorrow about the concrete truck over the bank. Let's just say it was not an accident.

I've heard several stories about wrecked concrete trucks from my dad( he hauled concrete). He never ran one off the road, he did lose a water tank on the Missouri River bridge on I-70! The straps rusted off against the frame and no one could see the back side when they inspected it. It took out 2 semis and 4-5 cars. No one seriously injured thank God!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
