I quit counting, at about 70, the different bikes I've owned, and that was a while ago. I'll see if I can upload some more later.

This one is my next pure off road mount.

That last one was taken over 20 years ago.

And, my favorite all time all purpose street bike:

For you other old guys out there, the little Ninja 500 can easily be set up for all around use and it is VERY comfortable and VERY easy to handle. Ask me how I know!

This was the last year I did any racing. Out in Wyoming, at a national enduro, I got passed by a girl. That was it!

Default Finally, found a me a bike!

Been looking for about a month now for something to ride. Been over 15 years since I've had a bike. Now that I'm not self employed, I actually might have time to ride. That, and I can ride to work.

Found a 1984 Honda Shadow, VT700C. I'm so happy with my find! Bike has right at 5400 miles on it (no, that isn't a typo), and it popped up literally like 5 miles away. Been sitting for 8 years in a shed. Didn't run when I picked it up, 2 hours after arriving home, it did. Got quite a bit of work to do to it before it's ready to ride. Rebuild the carbs, new tires (near as we can tell, they're original), new brakes (they want to stick), change all the fluids.... and maybe some upgrades (not before putting it on the road). I don't usually give prices for what I paid, but I will on this deal. $700. SUPER happy with this deal!

Real quick: sorry to all of you guys who have sent me email's and PM this weekend... been busy with this and working on my truck. I'll get back to you all soon.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
