This may be what you're looking for: https://www.ebay.com/itm/18629869390...Bk9SR6yYoa24Yw

I posted a different link earlier but realize it was probably for a different kind of 15 series pump. Please check and verify the above is correct.

I have bought from this seller before and was successful in rebuilding my pump except I needed to run to local supplier and obtain the correct size o-ring for the charge pump. Apparently, there were changes in o-ring sizes on the charge pump at some point in time.... I can't remember the correct size but I recall the correct size to be larger.

The new link is correct. Too bad the shipping is $168 to Canada

And if your trunnion seals are not leaking and look original, don’t disturb them.
Even the ones you buy from Cub Cadet are basically cheap grease seals. If I ever have to replace mine again, I’ll machine the bores oversize to a readily available pressure seal.

There shold be no pressure in the case for the seals to retain. The pressure is in the pistons and cylinders. The seals should only have to deal with oil that flings off the rotating parts. If you have pressure there you have another problem, I would guess a pluged or painted over breather.

It’s not system pressure, it’s case pressure. The case is full of oil so nothing “flings off”. A two dollar, 3 psi grease seal is not really meant for that. It should be a fully contained seal as in bonded from lip to outer diameter .

Because of the very small outer diameter compared to the inner diameter it’s a very hard seal to source. If the original is not leaking, it is a far superior seal to what you will get in a new kit. Unless you somehow luck into an original NOS kit.

There should be no case pressure. The case is not full of oil it has a drain back to the main case for oil that is exausted from the motor pistons or leaks past the motor or pump pistons. If there is pressure bulding up in the case it would either have to be a restricted drain or pluged breather. I've rebuilt 5 or 6 of these using regular C/R seals without any problems with leakage.

I'm just giving my opinion based on twenty eight full time years rebuilding and bench testing hydraulic pumps and motors. Including hundreds of hydrostatic transmissions.

If you know the actual shipping is much cheaper, I'll be glad to pack and send to help you out (at actual cost)

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
