I finally came home for a night, those "reclining" chairs in a hospital don't fit someone 6'3" too good. Kristy is still in a lot of pain, they haven't gotten her up yet to start her therapy, I hope they let her come home by Sunday at the latest, I don't care for too many 1.5 hour trips to Roanoke too many days in a row anymore.
I haven't heard anything else from the insurance about the truck, so I don't know if they found out anything with it or not.

yesterday she finally got up to walk some, she did really well, just getting up and down was pretty hard on her and trying to learn to trust her body. Still no word on coming home, the dr's want to send her to a rehab hospital for a week then start physical therapy, but that's going to be up to the insurance.
On a good side note, the dr. saw my IH shirt and asked what I had, told him a '49 cub and a few IH CC, well he whipped out his iPhone and proceeded to show and tell me about his 23 IH/FA ranging from a '47 Cub to a 1066.... kristy just shook her head.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
