Was there a 104 cyclops?
Ok, saw I saw this on CL today and it got me thinking.
"The 104 "cyclops" was only made between the years of 1967 and 1969 so it is a bit of a rare American history from International Harvester." This is the picture from the ad. Now I have a 105 and the headlightpanel has one circular hole right it the middle, just like this 104 where that headlight is. So was this a factory option? I have no headlight switch that I am aware of and the hole is empty. So what gives? That machine looks to be in good shape. Was it modified for one bulb? Help.

I have NEVER seen that lighting setup in any Cub Cadet parts or service manual for the 104.
I think it would be safe to conclude, that is a homemade fabrication.

I saw the same ad on the Hartford CL. That's the same guy that added the hydraulics from a Bolens. If he could add the hydraulic lift then adding a single bulb would have been easy.
I liked the part where he said "This is a real tractor not a Craftsman or a Murrey, so please don't offer me the kind of money you can buy one of those brand tractors for."
