Default eBay Sellers..Grrrrrr

Between buying Cub Cadet parts and/or parts for my Business, I buy some items on eBay.

Seems within the last two weeks, I have made some purchases, only to find the Seller, selling the item, does not have the item. One seller immediately (6 hrs later) refunded my money (sold out). The second seller didn't say anything, but thought it was OK to wait 3 to 4 weeks for shipment. Now today, sent seller a inquiry after not being sent......silence.

Is this just me, or has things changed on eBay...???

Nothing has changed on eBay, there are great sellers and then there are people that don't give a sh!t, they're probably the same way in real life. I always check feedback before I buy and so far I've been pretty lucky.

When it’s less than 100%, I click on the negative feedback and read them.
Sometimes you can tell that the buyer was unreasonable and others bad seller.
99% on sellers that sell 10,000 a month is a lot of unhappy buyers.
I never buy from a seller that has some slow shipping complaints.
There are defiantly some bad sellers on ebay.

Roland, there is the other side--the seller. You want some fun, sell square bales of hay on CL, folks ask all sorts of questions, like price, kind, location----when its all in the ad. And then there are scheduling issues. My favorite may well have been the guy that wanted bales of wheat straw to insulate the walls in his garage that he was turning into residential space. Unfortunately the bale size fluctuated too much for his construction.

Absolutely a million percent true and I learned this during Christmas. Always assumed that high 90 percent feedback meant seller was awesome until what Terry said happened. There are sellers that are just reselling amazon items and I got caught in that scheme and ended up buying straight from amazon at the last minute because I got hosed and after I read the many many negative feedbacks that occurred in the last month I realized because of the volume that this was a bad idea. Anyway just sharing because I didn’t know until it was too late.

I will also say though that eBay for me over the years has been great and have bought many many Things flawlessly that I would have never been able to find or obtain without it

The % you see is from the last year, all it would take is one negative feedback and they would have a 99%.

One shot the other and vise versa , both died , police found the guys 6 yr old alone in the truck

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
