Default wire harness question
Im going to make a wire harness for my 100 because i get bulk wire and connectors and loom at work it will be cheaper for me to make one rather than buy one and im not doing a factory correct restoration on it yet, my question is does anyone know what are the appropriate wire sizes i found a schematic and it doesnt look very complicated i just want to use the right size wire. Thanks in advance!

Use 14AWG and if you install any fuses, use 15A.

Default If ya need help
I would go along with the 14 g. wire and add that you should crimp and solder the terminals. Hope you have an old harness to duplicate the correct lengths. If not email me and I'll help ya. Good luck and have fun. The model 100 is one of my favorites.

Thanks guys! I was going to use 6 or 8 ga for the battery cables

Default Battery
I use 8 ga. for the battery cables. They will do the job just fine and allows for a little more flex for attaching to battery posts.
