I've thought everything from a generator, flail mower, a fogger, a sprayer, sweeper, or maybe a vaccum??

Is that an actual Cub Cadet cod piece? I've read they only made one run of them in '64 before running into resistance from a number of decency groups. IH was too embarrassed over the whole thing to actually sell them as planned, so they had the dealers give out their stock as promos and destroyed what was left in the warehouse. Great find!

Forgive my ignorance, where does a codpiece go on a Cub?

I have one but I use it on my Kubota BX 3 point because I'm a fat old f--t. Adjustable height on the 3 point hitch is very nice.

first of id like to apologize for yanking your chains, i don't have a super rare ih attachment but i have something pretty cool so i hope you enjoy it. this is a sears roebuck spreader that i got from a friends mom when she sold her house, it was in brand new condition other than the thirty years of dust on it. my original plan was just to wash it and keep it original but that plan went out the window when the paint started washing off, i was literally able to wash off all the paint in about 20 minutes. since i needed to paint it i decided to make it look like an authentic ih spreader so i painted it 935 white to match my tractors, i cant wait to see it on the back of my sons 111 at the show this weekend. thanks to all the guys that provided pics and measurements of the international decal.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
