Default What model is this?

Which model is this? If the deck will fit my 1811 it's worth the $180 asking price depending on condition.

It is from Cub Cadet's "Quietline" series of tractors. I don't see a gear shift lever, so it must be a 1250, 1450, or 1650, depending on motor size. IF....it has the correct mower deck, then that would be models: 38A, 44A, or 50A depending on size.

That series of mower decks would fit nicely on a 1811.Just have to change the center drive pulley.

Agree. Looks to be a hydrostatic Quietline, 1250,1450,1650. Maybe missing a few of the engine covers/ side panels.

Any reason it wouldn't be worth $180 with a deck and one side panel? If I get it running I will leave my snow blower on it.

The average used mower deck in my neck of the woods is $150.00 or up. So, NO.

Sorry, but from the title this sounded like a Christmas song.....

"What model is this, that laid to rest in quietline peace under a shade tree...."

Guess I just feel a little punchy......sorry,

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
