What is the engine going to be used on.. puller or daily driver?
Puller- head strap it and send it down the track. Daily user-you might consider installing a sleeve and make the bore back to a stock 12 horse bore.

I would think,
If the cyl is too thin @ the block intersection area, sleeving is not going to keep it from breaking off the block. |

I have two K321 blocks that been sleeved. One is in a puller. Have had any problems. The daily user was done 7-8 years ago. Adding a sleeve may work. The only possible issue is the sleeve isn't big enough(outside diameter of the sleeve)-bore too big.

Dale, do you recall the OD of the sleeve?

Local machine shop takes care of installing sleeve and all machine work. Not sure on OD.

Well apon further inspection of the block. Measuring the OD of the bore between the fins I get 3.8xx so I'm going to head strap it for insurance purposes although it probably isn't needed.
