The FWA was common in Canada, it was popular, at the time, there....

Upon retirement, moving the tractor back to Canada was too expensive, so I took it off his hands!!

I would at least do some small test spots before I added a lot of it to my garden. Any grass clippings that had herbicides or pesticides sprayed on them can carry the chemicals over into the compost. Enough herbicide transfer and your garden may not grow very much next year. As a general rule, if I don't know where it came from and what is (or isn't) in it, I don't add it to my garden. Sometimes "free" compost will cost a lot down the road, in headaches if not in dollars.

What Stratmoore Farms said. If many homeowners in the area use professional lawn services that might be a red flag. They're pretty heavy-handed with the chemicals. For first-time use you might dose a small area rather heavily and put a few herbicide-sensitive plants like tomatoes and beans on it and see how they grow. If they're OK then you might have a good resource for future use.
