Little tires are a lot harder to put on if you don't have the proper tools.

I don't have the proper tools and have chased a tire or two all over the garage floor trying to get them mounted.

You can say that again! Lol yeah those small tires are the work of the devil! I'd rather mount a rear tractor tire! I put mine on and never again will I paint the rims first! I scratched the crap outta them and then touched them up.

Deestone's are on. Not too much trouble except one didn't want to air up. Let it sit in the sun for awhile to soften it up and bingo!

They're a touch narrower than turfs that came off but I can live with that.

What pressure should I run in these lugs? They're 6-ply rated with a max 32 PSI. I currently have them at 20. The old Cub turfs were run at 15.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
