That is a serious logging operation you have going on.
A couple from when I lived in CT. Found it much easier to lift the stuff to be split with the loader. Used to heat the pool with most of what I had.

Cool pictures. I use to sell and burn wood a few years ago. Now I use propane. Wood is a back killer. How much does a rick bring in Sweetwater? Here in middle, Tn it goes for 50 picked up and 80-100 delivered and stacked.

Sam Mac,,,Nice! Yes,cutting firewood is hard work ,but I don't mind doing it in the winter. Selling firewood pays my land taxes, etc.
bocephus 1991,,,I have 40 acres of land,25 in woods,so I have a good supply of trees. CubDieselFan,,,At this time I sell Ash for $50, oak for $55, and hickory for $60 a rick picked up.I do not deliver. For the procrastinators, I might go up $5 per rick in February when firewood gets harder to find. More pictures please!

That barn is full of firewood too, by the way. I have sold about 30 ricks so far this season. I have met some good people, made some friends, some are repeat customers. People like my wood. I think I am the only seller in my area who stores the firewood under a roof.
