Looks sweet to me....that doesn't seem that long of run...could always do like you said and use the copper as a reference and bend it out in 3/16" ss...for the pressure side anyways...I would think the copper would be OK, but I've never turboed anything...did run all SS brake lines on my truck though...make sure you get the right double flaring tool...cool build though...

The reason I mentioned it was an old Cub mechanic told me that was the reason they used steel line on the older Cub fuel lines with the rubber ferrules. They figured using copper would crack due to work hardening.

got the exhaust all done. i recycled the exhaust from the first turbo, just cut off the old flange, added a section of pipe and welded the new flange on. now back to this oil drain

got the oil feed and drain installed. just waiting on the silicone couplers to get here, then i can make up the intake. ive been holding on to piece of 316 stainless tube for a while now. i think this will be perfect for plumbing the intake.

Looks good but you might need a brace on the exhaust they vibrate a lot been there done that.
